This policy explains what information YEP Network collects when you visit our website and use the member platform, and the choices you have.

1. Analytics & cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand general site traffic — pages viewed, approximate location (country/region/city), device and browser type, referral source, and how long visitors stay. If Google Signals is enabled, Google may also provide estimated, aggregated demographics (age range and gender). This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

2. Member account information

When you register as a YEP member, we store the information you provide — such as your name, email, city/country, industry, job title, photo, and any content you post (updates, comments, listings, messages) — to operate the community platform. This is stored securely in our database (Supabase) and protected by access controls.

3. How we use information

• To operate member features (directory, groups, events, jobs, messaging, forum, classifieds, business directory).
• To understand and improve how the site and community are used (aggregate analytics).
• To communicate with you about your account, applications (e.g., YEP Pathways), and community activity.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Aggregated, non-identifying analytics are processed by Google. Member profile details you choose to add are visible to other approved YEP members within the platform.

5. Your rights & choices

• Decline analytics via the cookie banner at any time.
• Edit or remove your profile information from your account settings.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
